Terms of Service

Welcome to Firooze. By creating an account or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Firooze. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We will terminate any account we discover belongs to a person under 18.

2. Your Account

• You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account
• You may not impersonate any person or use someone else's photos or identity
• You may have only one Firooze account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings

3. Community Guidelines

To keep Firooze a safe and respectful community, you agree NOT to:

• Post photos that contain nudity, sexually explicit content, violence, or that are not of yourself
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or impersonate other users
• Send unsolicited sexual messages or images
• Use Firooze for commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation
• Post or share content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to scrape, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App
• Use the App to engage in any illegal activity
• Create fake accounts or use the App to deceive other users

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

4. Photo Verification and Moderation

Photos uploaded to Firooze are automatically scanned by AWS Rekognition for prohibited content (nudity, violence, etc.). Photos that fail moderation are rejected at upload. You may also be asked to verify your identity by submitting a selfie that matches your profile photos.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

5.1 Firooze Gem

We offer "Firooze Gem" consumable purchases:

• 1-Day Gem ($4.99)
• 7-Day Gem Pack ($14.99)
• 30-Day Gem Pack ($29.99)

Gems unlock premium features for the indicated duration. Pricing may vary by region. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

5.2 Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their App Store policies — please contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

5.3 Auto-renewal

Firooze Gem packs are consumable purchases, not subscriptions. They do NOT auto-renew. You will be charged only when you explicitly purchase a new Gem pack.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, prompts, messages, and other content you post on Firooze ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Firooze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your User Content within the App for the purpose of providing the service to you and other users.

You represent that you own or have the rights to all User Content you post.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your information. By using Firooze, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

8. Disclaimers

Firooze is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that other users are as they describe themselves, or that the service will meet your expectations. Always exercise caution and good judgment when meeting people you've connected with online.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firooze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
